Is dragging low level players to high level matches considered griefing?
I just want to see whats the opinion of the forumers on this kind of matter.
Let's say, a few of my matches recently have been "gold" and "diamond" ranked players dragging low level players to level 25-30 matches (I'm level 24 so I face 30s often) and he brings up a level 5-10 player which only knows how to play 1 position, 1 role with 1 champion.
When I confronted such person about it, he skipped onto talking about how I'm apparently bad when in the next minute I'm earning another 4 kills to balance my KDR. He allowed for our nexus to get pushed and killed a few underfed enemy champions proclaiming he has the right to do whatever he wants. Not gonna lie, at the end I got so pissed as he blamed me for the loss so I got really toxic (but so did he, even the low level noob that didn't earn a single kill and died around 14 times began trash talking).
My verdict on this kind of stuff is that it's not acceptable, yeah you might be trying to help however custom games can be created for that reason and rarely do you learn anything by having your ass kicked without knowing how to go around anything. Not to include the enemies being same or higher skilled than the person who dragged the low level, enemies having clear rune and mastery superiority and the low level having inadequate loadout to face off majority of champions.
By the way, I am training my friend to play league of legends and I usually do it on AI or custom games where very little harm is made, so I really do not find it as a good excuse to say "but he/she is level 7" as to why we are losing the game.
