So. I have 100% seen comments like this before, and they certainly seem justified against a trolling teammate.... However, these comments are not bad enough to warrant a permaban on them alone, which makes me think that there's a history of toxicity on your account, and while it's bad luck that a pretty mild case with a total troll on your team was the straw that broke the camel's back, ultimately a history of toxicity put you into a position to get banned in a situation like this to begin with.
So what would you like to discuss here - what triggered your punishment, the system per se, etc.?
People are going to need to see what the rest of that chat scrolls to reveal and if you have had prior punishment history if you want informed opinions.
But what can be seen so far is already looking to be insulting.
Mean while Riot let that Teemo troll run wild to create more toxicity instead to ban him and solve the toxicity issue.
permabanned at lv 34... rip.
Well why did you go and get yourself permabanned? That sounds dumb.
If it says that you're among 0.006% most toxic players (less players that there are in challenger), League system probably had a good reason to ban you.
