Does Honor effect the the players that get put on my team?

Hello everyone I have a some interesting data for you. I was placed silver 5 and i have level 2 honor at the being of the season. I climbed from silver 5 to gold 5 very fast because Im an anivia one trick. After reaching gold 5 i was in promos for gold 4 and i was super toxic in one of the games and i got a 10 game chat restriction and a honor reset. I accepted my punishment and honored my mistakes and i havent been toxic at all sense the restriction. The reason im here is because i cant win a single game now and let me explain. I had a 60% winrate on anivia over 160 games and she is my one trick. After the honor reset my winrate with her has dropped to 53% over 220 games and my overall winrate has dropped from 55% to 50%. I understand that winrate doesnt mean everything but im just explaining data right now. Whats interesting is that im not playing any different with anivia, my KDA has actually increasing from 3.6 to 3.9 over this period of me losing games. The huge over lying issue that every game i have a troll or a super toxic player. Most of the time i have two and im being 100% serious. Im not upset and just ranting right now im being honest. Just an example i went 19/1/16 with anivia and i lost the game because i had two kids that were a duo and they inted my game and laughed at me all game. I proceeded to report them and i got a feedback report in seconds. My question is why are these people in my game and is it because my honor is 0? I get a ton of honors every game but yet it still says my honor is still level 0 and i havent reached a SINGLE checkpoint. So does honor affect who is on my team because i get so many trolls and if you dont believe me i dare you to duo with me and watch. Thats how confident i am with the words i am typing. I recently just deranked out of gold 5 after i had a 0/19 bot lane with a varus that rushed essence reaver. I dont understand how anyone could ever win that game it doesnt make sense to my why this kid is in my game. There must being something fishy going on about the honor system because this makes no sense, Thank you for your time.

As a fellow anivia main (not quite a one trick, as I play other champs in other modes, but if I'm going ranked, it's all anivia), I think you were just getting extremely lucky in the games before you got toxic. You somehow climbed with minimal trolls on your team. You didn't mention having any as you climbed from s5 to g4. I ended ranked last season as an anivia main in silver 2, with better averages on some of my stats than challenger players' averages. So the KDA thing means basically nothing.

I'm surprised you got so lucky to climb so far so fast. Most people I play with have no idea how to adjust to having an anivia mid. They expect roaming dominance early, and if you don't dominate eaely, they abandon all hope, even though anivia is such an awesome late game champ, and probably the worst early game roaming champ. So slow, and lowest starting HP of any champ in the game. (IIRC)

Some of your phrasings are very misleading. Like saying you climbed very fast because you're an anivia one trick. What does being an anivia one trick have to do with climbing fast? Maybe you should rephrase it to; "I climbed very fast because I know my champ and I was lucky enough to not get a buncha trolls on my team". No?
