Reports in champ select!

Ok so I was in a draft game as second pick. I managed to get top lane! The person banning asked who I was topping as. I said thinking they would ban a counter champ. Then they banned my main . Then he started being obnoxious. Riot please add a champ select report system to stop garbage like this!
