Yes, because unless we have first pick and can secure whatever the OP FOTM champ is, or secure 2 OP FOTM champs in exchange; I will ban something hovered. And since we don't have LCS style banning, not gonna risk the 2 for 1.
If someone is hovering Soraka top, I just might ban it. That is not a troll. It is me saying "nope".
