Banned for games that I played months ago?

So I just got a 14-day ban, which I'm sure I deserve, but I'm a bit confused. The games it shows that I was toxic in are all from like.. December/November, what gives with this ? I've been playing for months since then, without an incident, then these are brought up, from way back then ? How long do these things stay on there? Just confused.

There's one which is recent on there, where I called someone a "moron" once, but other than that, these other games are from months ago. Not justifying what I said, but still that's kind of odd to me, that it would show the two games from back last year.
