I GOT BANNED FOR DOING NOTHING HELP PLEASE

I was just banned for "The use of third party software", when I did nothing at all! I had spent money on that account and was recently playing quite a bit. Please can someone help me in this situation to get my account back. I did not do anything at all! And I mean anything.
