When your whole team reports you for having a bad game

I had a bad game, I was gone at the start and didnt have smite picked as I had played adc before. My whole team blames me for everything that happens when a tf feeds middle. It doesnt really matter but the team said they would write emails to riot asking for a ban. I just wish there was something that you could do.

You could: DONT FORGET SMITE IN THE FIRST PLACE.

You'll even run into games where everyone blames you even though you're doing the best on the team, with higher KDA, farm, objectives, less deaths, they'll still blame you. And even if you are doing poorly then start to come back they say you kill stole and you think you're good but you still suck.

Why leave in the beginning when you know you are starting a game and then proceed to not check masteries after knowing your role? Not that you deserved that treatment by any means.

The problem is that when you have 99 games of intentionally feeding trolls/boosters/etc and one game of someone who is new and really doesn't understand something or is having a bad game, there just isn't any way/ or it's extremely difficult to distinguish who is having a bad game, and who is just a sad pathetic low life,

and besides your report the longer term consequence are less genuine interactions among newer players, especially in low elo, where many start out.

there is nothing you need to do.

Smite is recommended by not a necessity. Its not a punishable offense. all they do is reduce their own report weight for a false report (false reports get thrown out).
