Account Suspension email has NOT been received
Ok so it's been 3 days since my account was suspended and im getting REALLY aggravated. I am 100% it is because of a financial misunderstanding with the credit card company(i was accidentally trying to use the wrong card and therefore, having the transactions get declined). However, I still have not received the email that has the details to my suspension, so that I can fix the problem and get my account back.
I submitted a ticket right away, and the next day this guy only says "we will have to transfer it to someone with the tools to resolve this issue." Please note that I clicked on the correct options when choosing what my ticket was about, and i provided AS MUCH info as i possibly could....and I STILL have not gotten help from anybody.
So I tried to make another ticket, just to explain that I havent gotten the email for it, and they just keep "solving" my tickets and saying "please forward your questions and comments to (my first ticket)" but it has been 3 days and nobody is replying to it.....I literally just need the email so i can get my account back.
Also, I have gotten the emails about when I purchased RP, so I know for a fact that my email is the verified email for the account.
What can I do? Does it really take this long for Riot to resend an email to the correct email address?
