I get antagonized and then perma banned???

Okay, so i'm in gold in 3v3 but probably play at a plat or diamond level since i've been plat every season prior. so I tend to try and be a vocal "shot caller" and try to coach my team. Most times it is not well received because obviously every gold player knows better. I probably should learn from this and not even bother and just focus on myself, but the truth is every player in gold is in gold because they're just flat out not good decision makers.

anyways current meta in 3v3 is bruisers and tanks...squishies have their part but its a small part...

so in this game i apparently got banned for. i get into champ select. I hover over shen to play shen cuz i've been spamming him with amazing success. The first thing anyone says in team chat is "AS MUCH AS I LOVE SHEN, HE IS REALLY BAD IN 3s".....this is a silver or gold player chatting who probably has a below 50% win rate because anyone with a higher win rate is confident enough in their own play not to denounce another players pick. So anyways I take shen first pick. My teammate takes quinn (Horrible 3s pick), and the guy who talked shit about my pick follows the quinn by taking vel koz. Another weak 3s champs especially in this composition. I don't say anything and i remain positive!!!!

game started. Quinn doesnt leave spawn til 2:45 (seconds before you can /remake)....he is supoosed to be laning against illaio and i was hoping quinn didnt show up so we can remake. but nooooo. He gets to lane around 2:55 and insta dies before hitting level 2 because he tried to all in the lvl 3 illaio. This tilts me. He respawns, gets to level 2 and tries to all in the now level 4 illaio. This tilts me even more. Not only did i get instantly flamed for taking shen while this dude gets no flack for taking quinn which is a significantly worse pick. he then shows up very late creating a very large disagadvantage for my squad. then he blatantly feeds. this "game 1" chat log is the conversation that followed and is riots justification for perma banning me? Seriously???

why does riot have an option to shut off the language filter if swearing gets you banned????? It literally makes no sense. I actually think the reporting feature PROMOTES a toxic community by encouraging people to report. I didn't say anything THAT bad here. Riot said im in the top .006% of toxic players to get myself perma banned. I guarantee what I have said was not in the top 1% of toxic players. I was mindblown by THESE specific chat logs being the reason i'm perma banned. I've had people tell me to kill myself and all that other toxic negative stuff. I primarily focus my comms around strategy and/or failure to optimally strategize/itemize and im suddenly toxic? 50% of games I get honored for shotcaller and the other 50% of games I probably get reported cuz bad players think their steamroll or get steamrolled strategy is the only way to play.

Swearing didn't get you banned. Your punishment history in addition to your negative"giving up" attitude, constantly blaming and berating your teammates, and just generally bossing attitude are what got you banned.

I don't talk to anyone in this game who speaks negatively first. /Mute All only if this happens

If you've talked already and you're getting negative pushback for any reason whatsoever, follow up with a passive aggressive response that conveys you are no longer interested in talking:

"I don't care anymore. Don't talk to me"

The tricky part here is that, in remaining positive, you have to sound really negative, but just about getting out of the negative situation. After you use your escape line to evade the situation, you mute the person and be done.

You must not be reckless in how you convey your thoughts. Others are reading and will have their own perspective to see the confrontation from. By ending the confrontation, you are protecting yourself from their judgement as well by not opening yourself to reports. The fact that, at the time of my editing this post, you've gotten -8 votes, and have only asked a question in your title and aren't necessarily saying "Unban me now, Riot." is kind of a evident of what I'm talking about in this paragraph, here! I am not part of that 0.0006% and that line is a load of bullcrap. It was intended to target the actual 0.006% of feeders, trollers, and flamers who are not here to better themselves.

If you don't have anything nice to say, you probably shouldn't say anything at all. A smart man will sit back and take note of things for when the time to report comes, but a noob digs his accounts grave.
