RIOT PLEASE HELP ME WITH MY AFK BAN

since this patch my game crashes some games making me go afk for a bit for me to restart it. and when i come back they say i went afk. but today my power went out and i have gotten another afk ban. i admit in the past i did afk a lot but i stopped. so when i created a ticket it said solved because i cant explain my situation to a human. please remove my ban. i am sick of getting bans when they are not my fault.
