So.I got banned from my accont for beeing toxic I have thought about what i lost(4 year old acc and arround 80$)and i please you,Riot to unban my account.Im pretty sure now that my whole in game behavior and be respectful to enemies and allies.Im a bix anxious about my account and really want to get it back.As mentioned ive thought a lot about it and im 100% sure that im gonna get reformed.Thank you for your attention
Pretty sure you get multiple chances before you get permabanned... If you didn't change your behavior then, why would you change now?
You know after threads people claiming they got banned after spending 2k dollars, 3k... saying how u spend 80$ is kinda underwhelming

Unfortunately, the 14-day ban is the last warning. Once an account has been permanently banned, it is lost for good. Bans are not overturned unless applied in error.
People never seem to understand that a Perma ban isn't a wake up call, but it means that you have abused the game's awfully lenient punishment system one step too far and you are no longer welcomed.
And you haven't learned anything, you're just barganing because the doors were closed to you.
