Rethink automated punishments

So 4 games were dodged in a row. Then i didn't ban in time in my 5th lobby, so I waited five min got in to a game, and my system shut down mid game. This is a frustrating series of events only then i re-log in to try and join my game to find it was lost in my reboot time.

These two events happened so now I am in a 5 game low priority queue. This seems to help no one and frustrate everyone.. Don't do this kind of thing.
