Request for Unbanning

Despite me telling my friends this will not happen i told them i would request my account back. It has been a long time since i was banned (approx. 1 year and 3 months) I have been refraining from rage in other games and my friends would like me to return to League of Legends. I was wondering if i could be unbanned and put on a "parole" of sorts. I fully understand my language and toxicity was wrong and rude and when you get down to it, awful. Regardless of how others act i should not stoop to their level. I do not expect Riot Games or the mods to unban me, i dont expect to be forgiven, but i would enjoy being allowed to play the game and hopefully show everyone that i can be a better person (as i truly think i have become) and a better player as well. If i am allowed to return, sportsmanship will be my #1 priority.
