Ranked changes for better experience

First I wanna address 2 main topics and my solution to these .

  1. A lot of players including me don't play rankeds because there is no safe measure for someone who want to play ranked and try his best to win but the team let him/her down and even though he played well , stayed calm and didn't destroy the game experience of the fellow players doesn't get any reward for his whole performance and behavior. As a solution I propose that the best player of the losing team doesn't lose any lp in order to relieve some of the ranked anxiety of the people that try to win but their team wasn't in their best form in certain game.
  2. There is no reward rather than honor lvl for someone who doesn't flame the whole game and doesn't criticize the fellow players for bad plays or missing a cs . None is perfect and anyone that is in the same tier with you is about the same lvl as you in terms of playing the game, if anyone believes something the opposite , he is just a victim of the dunning kruger effect. Also the lol community has one of the worst fame in terms of toxic behavior and the community itself with the help of riot games should make whatever is possible to make a better name for ourselves so the game that we like to play don't die . As a result of these 2 problems there should be a function that gets as an input the honor that the player received + the grade of players performance + the honor of the enemy team (there should be a vote for honoring a teammate and the best performing enemy at the and of the game) and give us as an output an ordered list with the players performance. The best player wont lose any lp as a reward for staying positive and trying to win. I don't know what the community think but I think it would help a lot of people start playing ranked knowing that even they lose they will not lose any lp if they perform well and some people will stop flaming the whole game and not playing because even if you are the best performer in your team you will still harm them if you only talk and criticize them the whole game. Just a reward for good players in the game and irl. Also we should take measures for premade teams in order to not abuse the system. Sorry for my bad English and don't let this game die by his own funs .

How do you determine best? A player who went 0/10 but successfully tanked most of the damage, but whose team didn't follow up appropriately, may very well have done better than the 3/0 ADC who didn't ever go into fights cause they were scared of dying.

There is no way to objectively and accurately determine "best" or "better" without a human watching the game and making a subjective decision. And subjectivity is the enemy of good ranking systems.

The honor system (specifically level 2+) is required for decent rates of hextech loot (free stuff!) and for ranked rewards at the end of the season. If that isn't enough incentive, I doubt LP will help.
