at this point i got nothing to say i work in customer service industry my self, i have never seen any customer support ever. Like riot gaming support staff gives bunch of copy paste reply's. Treating me same as blitz bot please. treat me in a human level i even begged to speak to a human yet.
From looking at your previous posts, the ban seems justified.
And from looking at the screenshot, it's clear that the Rioter agrees. Just because he you didn't get your way, doesn't mean it was bad support. He was kind and respectful in delivering the bad news.
welcome to riot games support where in our job theres no requirment to even play our game :D also noone will look at your work, you can basically do whatever you want!
