Dear Rito, I found your game in later 2013. I enjoyed playing with my friends, and the level of competitiveness that I found there. We had a lot of fun, and many many hours were spent on your game. Last i checked before the reset, I was closing in on 10,000 hours on wasted on lol. However, I uninstalled your game yesterday. You inability to effectively punish people who are making the game not enjoyable through negative behavior and actions, has forced me out of the game I once loved. Your report system, while supposedly effective, had little effect on the day to day gaming. It seems like every game now is filled with ragers, feeders, trolls, and people who just want to ruin your game. Had you taken a stand earlier, maybe you could have prevented your community from turning to trash. The numbers you release about how much your report system is working are probably right from your POV. However, from an in-game, low-elo perspective, you have changed nothing and the game that was once so much fun to play is nothing but a source of annoyance and aggravation due to your lack of policing the community. So, I'm done with your game. Thanks for the good times.

Hey guys,

Lets tone down the "bye", the "cya", and the "nobody cares." That's really rude and frankly that's not appropriate given the circumstances. The person is upset and saying these things makes it worse. If this continues, I will start removing comments for being "jerky" or for "harassment" of the user as per the Universal Rules.

Tl;dr lets knock off the negative comments.

Sorry to hear that you're leaving, but understand that League of Legends has a huge playerbase and as such it is impossible to catch every single offender in the game. That being said though however, Riot does do a good job at punishing those who frequently misbehave as evidenced by the number of threads and posts from people in Player Behavior complaining about their punishments. Not only that but Riot also gives out rewards to players who are shown to display consistently neutral or positive behavior in the game with things like ranked rewards, hextech crafting and honor rewards as well. Also, Riot has shown that they're more than willing to lower or even remove punishments should they be done in error.

I know it can be easy to only look for the negatives and suffer from negativity bias (humans often remember the negatives more than the positives after all) but if you take the time to look then you'll see that Riot is actively working on their player behavior systems and encourage positive behavior via rewards and discourage negative behavior via punishments. Could Riot do more to improve their player behavior systems? Absolutely. Do the systems currently in place work despite not being perfect? Yes.

If you still wish to play then try getting a group of like-minded players together and playing solely with them, and also remember to report those you see acting up so that the Instant Feedback System can detect and punish them.

10000 hours only means that when people have a bad game it will look like feeding to you, because you know how the game works.

You can't expect someone who's only played 2000 hours to have perfect game knowledge. So frankly this is probably more about your own attitude and perceptions than the playerbase.
