Chat restricted & end of season rewards | When do I need to have them completed

Hi Riot (and rest of community),

I am currently chat restricted (25 games). I read the following on League support:

"ARE THERE ANY BEHAVIORAL RESTRICTIONS ON RANKED REWARDS? Yes. Some details:

Players with suspensions or chat restrictions active when the season ends are ineligible for this year's rewards."

Does this mean that I need to complete these 25 restrictions before the end of the season, and I will still be eligible for the end of season rewards? Or do I also need to re-earn my privilege of earning hextech rewards (which usually is re-instated after played games AFTER your chat restriction)?

You must complete your chat restriction before the season ends on the 7th. That's it. You don't need to be eligible for hextech loot.

I think you need to be free of chat restrictions for a few months before the end of the season. Last year is was sometime in August. So no, you won't get this year's rewards for sure.
