Harassed

I guess this is where I should post this, but I decided to play on my account that I made for fun where I go to 30 using only free champions. And the low levels of League of Legends is filled with toxic "smurfs". Like this guy that I will be showing in a picture. He flamed my whole game and called me a feeder and retarded and such other nonsense that I started to get aggravated and responded to him with mean comments as well. However even after (keep in mind my account was ONLY LEVEL 5) showing him my main account rank he continued to harass me throughout the game. Then has the nerve to say report this Kha'Zix hes toxic and called me retarded. So I continued to try to clear my name to the rest because of this douche of a player who I guess has no life other than to harass. Then when I left the lobby he added me AND CONTINUED TO HARASS ME. Now obviously there is nothing that can be done about this guy because it will take the tribunal to get him muted or on low priority. But just take into consideration this game is about having fun not about seeing who can type insults the fastest. And Just to clarify I even posted a picture of the game in match history so that you can see he was flaming for literally no reason, it started because nobody had smite so we did two top, for context.
