Ya you are probably right on that one. If there is a valid physicality that isn't enabling him to recognize these things, then I do apologize for my earlier comment. That was uncool as the point of this forum is to reform behavior.
Anyway, I don't think this is bait and I think he is being legitimately serious (do not underestimate people's inability to comprehend certain things). When you purchase something it is only you buying the "rights" to access them as that property is entirely riots. When you get suspended or removed then those rights cease regardless of purchases.

Riot deemed your behavior violated this specific terms of use as it was deemed: " abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene". Though you can appeal through a ticket, it is within their rights to do this whether they are right or wrong.

Even if your behavior was not caught until now, or your behavior was triggered by another person's behavior: you are not justified. Riot's ability to enforce their rules is independent of their actual enforcement of the rules. Because you yourself were caught, riot has already reserved the right to punish you even if they havn't punished you before for that behavior and even if they are unable to punish others for the same behavior, as you yourself were caught "red-handed". Believing that a behavior is OK simply because it goes largely unnoticed to a certain point does not make it OK: that is complacency.
The use of certain comments are considered offenses that are grounds enough for disciplinary action. It doesn't matter if you weigh your own comments differently then other people, you will be disciplined based on what Riot deems to be unacceptable behavior because they have reserved the right already: regardless of whether they are right or wrong.
Anyway, if you are indeed serious and still believe that you are within your rights, and that Riot is wrong, then submit a ticket.
But if you are legitimately not serious then I hope other people still read this and understand where Riot stands when it comes to this stuff. Either way, this was fun to pull from the terms of use as I know these things are in there and I do need to refresh every now and then.
