Season Ranking System and Increased Bad manners

Has anyone else seen a dramatic increase in the toxicity for this seasons rank matches? In the past 7 games I have had 4 AFKs and 2 Feeders with intent. This has become a serious issue for the future of game play. During placement games I was playing with a few diamond and gold players from previous season who were put in bronze. I myself was silver 1 this past season and gold 3 before that. Why was I put in bronze? It has become nearly impossible to get out of bronze due to the amount of trolls that remain. Has anyone else seen this?

Because everyone is placed at least a whole Tier under what they were previously. Season 4 I was Gold, Season 5 I was placed Silver and only Climbed to Silver II so I expect to be placed Bronze if I place ranked this season.
