I don't understand why i would get a penalty from my premade team while playing bots. No one reported me as afk, and it did not affect anyone horribly. Oh and it was a bot game so WTF? Riot needs to stop giving banns to people who get disconnected on fcking bot games. ESPECIALLY if my whole team is friends.
Automated system. Maybe a Rioter could de-escalate your punishment if warranted.
You and I may not consider bots games to be “real”, but newbies can be really screwed over when you bail.
I had a terrible experience once as new player where good players left an intermediate bots game, and I spent about forty-fifty minutes slowly losing a humiliating game. Damn near made me quit.
Considering that all modes are basically considered the same in the eyes of the rules it makes sense. Plus it's a good thing especially for new players as it would set an example that leaving games is ok.
