How do you deal with toxic players in mid-game?

Sometimes I do alright in games but other times I just get so infuriated with how poorly my teammates or enemy team is acting that I end up being toxic back. How do you deal with teammates or the enemy team being incredibly toxic towards you mid-game? Post-game I just log out and play something else to cool off some steam.

Do not engage at all unless you can say something positive. It's simple and effective.

If you really want to troll them kill them with kindness telling them it's alright or next time friends :))) Jokes aside: Just take in the information they say and rethink about the situation and see if they're right or wrong. If they say for example, "You're fu*^%#g garbage dude go do something useful." Just take it in and see what they're doing wrong and compared that towards yourself. :)))

I'll bite, how would you know what they said if you muted them?

When the enemy team at the end of the game agree to report that player for being toxic. Im saying is dumbfucks still pertain to typing to you even though they are muted, not hard to notice someone afk at top lane to know they are typing rage fits. Also had the enemy team unmuted during game and they said "no one cares" to my whole team. Which is true. No one does about toxicity cause its a regular thing in league.

I always mute them with no questions asked. Chances are that if they're not saying anything useful before you mute them, they're not going to say anything useful after you mute them.

If I've muted someone early, I'll sometimes take them off mute just to see if they're still raging. Then pit them back on mute until I can report them after the game.
