Riot SOS Stop the bans/ i was banned for 3rd party programs

Recently (Monday) I was banned from league of legends for hacks, scripts and or third party programs. I as a player I have never hacked or modded anything having to do with my league client. I've gotten in contact with riot 6 times with them only responding to three and all three repeated the fact my account is permanently banned. before i got banned i cleaned up my computer and deleted weird looking programs and ones i didn't use anymore, so i don't know what program would trigger this. I also had a good record in game of not being banned and being honored in most games i played. if a riot employee and not a support employee were to help me work this out that'd be great, because I have only been getting copy and pasted replies and no proof or info on what caused my ban. I'd really appreciate some support here because this is my last resort. i'm really scared to lose this account because of all the time and money put into it :/

Its not you sadly... its me as well :/ I am not sure how many times I have had to say I have never used a hack before ever but none trust me. Not even riot and they refuse to message me back. Ive spent over 400 dollars on this game and even spent 20$ the day before i got banned... I do not even know what to do anymore

Which cheat program did you use? I heard that their entire user base was leaked to riot.

Logic would suggest that between 1/2 and 1/3 someone other than the person who had previously played on the account was playing ranked. Not only do you have extreme success in the win:loss category during that time but the key normally reserved for flash switches in those games.

That's just a quick glance at the games played though, I have no idea what Riot would say.

it's not like you got banned for nothing. probably there was something suspicious enough. You know Riot and most internet companies constantly gather data about you, so they probably found something they don't like about you.

I too, was warned not to use mklol for their chat options, even though i just used their skins feature. Riot knows more than you think.

you were not playing those Teemo, Katarina and Akali games, and that person was probably using a script.
