I GOT PERMA BAN BECAUSE I CHANGE MY EMAIL ON ACCOUNT

Its so unfair to get perma ban cause change email address on account is pathetic.its some scripters out there and riot do nothing and my account got perma ban.I send a request on riot support to unban my account and says my this is not possible...please riot fix your support and you ban system

They may lock an account that displays suspicious behavior to protect it from harm if it is compromised, so that could be what happened if you're the original owner. If you aren't the original owner, that's why it was locked.

Just be patient and wait on that support ticket, they'll get back with you as soon as they can.
