Banned for using 3rd party programs but i didn't used them,didn't even got a warning

Well today i logged in and it said im permanently banned check your email for more info,i looked and it said i got banned for 3rd party programs,yet i didnt receive any warning,on my old account that got banned for being toxic ,i got a warning for using 3rd party but there not,and after the warning i stopped forever,my friend told me it was safe btw after i saw that i stopped,and yet i have my new account wich i reformed and didnt used scripts NEVER,yea i admit in some of my games i did jokes like "wow the scripts are working" because i dodged first 2 min all the enemy skillshots and i make a joke nothing more,ye i did it several times,but i wasnt scripting,i didnt even dodge everything like wtf...what is happening you ban me because i was playing now nice and thats all? i did nothing wrong

submit a ticket to support.riotgames.com if you wish to contest that ban.

we as the community can't do anything for you.

keep in mind this ban is valid if:

you programmed a keyboard / mouse to press 2 or more buttons quickly
you used MKLOL
you scripted
You used anything from ELOBuddy.com
you logged in from a computer that had illegal 3rd party programs in it
you used custom lol client that gave you unfair game advantage (even if you didn't know those advantages existed)
you let someone use your account, and they scripted on it
you botted to level up
you purchased an account

the list goes on.

You just admitted that you used scripts in the past, as well as dry snitching on yourself in game, good ban.

I was banned today and I haven't played in years, and when I did I certainly did not do anything....

A friend of mine was in a similar situation. He has severe dyslexia/epilepsy, and was using a program that changed the color of the screen, he implemented it to render the client a different color, and to stop all of the flashes on the screen.

What I'm not understanding, in the ToS, it says that they want everyone to be on a fair playing ground, which would be fair if they let people with disabilities, like my aforementioned friend, mod their client that ensures a fair playing field. To which he was permanently banned after a few weeks of implementing the changes, and after 7 years of playing.

Sounds like Rito went full potato.

He even got the automated email saying he was banned, even when he sent the photographic evidence, they still won't move on the motion to keep him banned, even though he did nothing wrong. He received a second automated email saying that it was confirmed that he was 'Exploiting' even though I live with the guy, and have never seen him use 3rd party programs such as scripting or whatever.

Rito please fix your potato.
