4 players on ranked harassing all time

As i was ready for promotionals, everything started normally when my teammates started flaming everybody for everything... Meanwhile 4 opponents of mine started calling my names during all the game and i believe that these guys should be punished from this game ... Once i harassed 2 enemies for just killing them and after one day i was banned cause of their reports... But these guys never gonna get punished because riots system for banning is very unfair... Anyways i believe that riot should look chat and be fair with everyone and do whatever has to be done ...
