Banned for using third party usage??

On May 16, 2016 I got "banned due to the use of malicious 3rd party programs or modifications to your League of Legends client." However, I believe that this a mistake and I have some reason to believe that it is a mistake. First, here is my Bannedemail image to show I was permanently suspended from my account.

On May 11, 23:30 I asked with a support ticket asking if a program called ChampionIFY would result me in a ban, since I was afraid of putting any programs to my client, which I will explain later, with the Proof here to show it. This is my first reason to believe that this ban on my account was an accident, since you guys/gals at riot may had thought I installed it which I didn't since I got the generic answer of > While we don’t strictly condemn the use of third-party modifications, these programs can be dangerous and worthy of suspension where they violate our Terms of Use. I can’t tell you whether a particular third-party modification is against our Terms of Use or not, but you can follow these general guidelines: We identify and suspend accounts for using third-party programs intended to offer a competitive advantage by affecting gameplay in any way We cannot control what a third-party developer makes or changes, so a program that was once acceptable may have versions which violate the Terms of Use Some third-party developers may not have your best interests in mind, so please be aware that these types of files can contain keyloggers, viruses, and malware. Third-party modifications may affect your game in unexpected ways, so if you’re having technical issues, try uninstalling these programs before doing anything else. > Which made me believe that I shouldn't install ChampionIFY to my client and a couple of days later I was banned for the use of third party programs.

My second reason that riot thought I used, "scripts, hacks, exploits or unauthorized third-party programs that provided a competitive advantage to it" is that I had a great winning streak on my account and perhaps riot anti-cheating system believed that I was cheating, since out of the blue I get a 5 game winning streak. Winning Streak Again, this is my second reason why riot believed I cheated and why they happen to ban me the day I get a winning streak.

My third and final reason that riot made a mistake is my history. In order to get a permanent ban, the player had to be temporarily banned. First banned proof right there. Reading it shows that I was banned on January 29, 2016 for the use of Mklol. Believe me or not, but I stopped using the program a week before since I saw a youtube video informing anyone who clicked on that video that mklol gets players banned for using it. Again believe me or not, I actully disabled the jungle timers, but I did use mklol for the free skin feature.

The reason I even mention my first ban with mklol was because when I first got banned I knew I used it and it even told me I used the program mklol and made me feel better when I was banned, knowing I did it and deserved that ban.

However, when I got a permanently banned, it gave me a vague answer of me using third party programs without telling me what program I used. Which leads me to believe that a mistake is made, since I never installed any other third party programs after my first ban and uninstalled that program.

Makes no sense that I got banned 3--4 months after I removed mklol (which was the only third party program I ever installed). Plus I got banned after asking if a specific third party program was ok and doing so well in my rank game. Here is the FAQ for championIFY and one of the questions was > Is it safe?

After reading that, I even emailed riot which shown earlier on this post.

I would like to have further investigation on my account Wallcell10, and not get generic answers that I supposedly used third party programs. I believe that the workers in the support area are just looking at their computers and seeing that the system detected i was using it, but never gave any real investigation into it and just assume the cheating system is 100% correct.
