JUSTIFIED TOXICITY SHOULD NOT BE BANNABLE
When team plays like pure apes then one has the right to be harsh and talk some sense into the team. No one should be banned for the retardation of their teammates just for typing words.

There is no justified toxicity. Act like a rational adult, please.
There are many ways to express your annoyance or frustration at a teammate's plays without resulting to belittling comments, name-calling, or insults. Use those ways instead, and use them respectfully, and you will never have issues with your account being punished.
In short, frustration is something we all deal with, but you don't get (and never will get) a free pass to violate the rules simply because you're frustrated.

"the retardation of their teammates" - ya, I'm willing to bet you're toxic and deserve the ban. You can voice your opinion why the team is losing, or has lost, without being toxic. If you don't know how, don't type anything. Silence is golden.

Couldn't that same logic apply to justified trollers? How do you know you weren't being trolled by your 'ape' teammates because you sort of sound like an ass? You seem like the type to be like "RIP. We lost. <other role here> gave up first blood. We lost. Freakin inters." at which point wouldn't everyone on your team be justified in trolling you because you were out of line (aka being retarded according to your own words)
It's Riot's game. They get to choose who to ban for what. If you don't like it, go find a different game with more toxic-supportive devs.
Next thing you know toxic players will ask Riot to give them bonus LP if they flame at each others appropriatly.
