Permanent suspension for no reason?

First off I'm not 100% sure if this is the right place.

So as of yesterday I logged in, chatted with a friend and then used the bathroom. When I came back I tried to make a lobby and it said some error message so I restarted the client and was greeted by "Your account has been permanently suspended, please check your associated email etc."

I've never used scripts/mods (I don't even know how) and I don't share the account with anyone. I didn't receive any email regarding the ban reason and I'm sure this is the correct email attached to the account).

Whats even weirder is that I have an alternate account I used to play with a lower level friend that got banned too?

"I don't even know how" doesn't work as an excuse for anyone who has the capability to install League of Legends.

Did you get any chat log when you logged in? If you do not see a chat log, then the ban is not behavior-related (these don't get unban easily), then it might be good news. A few possible reasons to get permanently suspended: there is an accounting issue with RP purchases, your account is compromised and Rito issued a shield ban on your account, the account used hacking and scripting to cheat (these also don't get unban easily), or you are sharing your account (usually for boosting purposes).

In any case, if it's not behavior-related (you didn't see a chat log), contact help and support to straighten the issue out. If you do see a chat log when you log in, do post them here and we'll have a discussion on them.

There wasn't a chat log when I initially logged in, and I can't log in at the moment because of the permanent suspension message.

I'm silver 4, I don't think I'm going to be boosting anyone for a long time.

[EDIT]: Ok i sent the ticket, its reassuring to know at least there's a chance

Suspensions are issued if account security is compromised. Just contact support t get it back.
