I guarantee it wasn't that game alone, however, you are pretty aggressive in this chat log. Not ban worthy, but you surely had other warnings and bans, so... What do you want?

Yes its legit. U asked to report nidalee multiple times. Asking to report someone is BANABLE. If you want someone reported ,just do it after game, dont ask others to do it, and dont threaten that you will do it. Also its not junglers fault u cant play.

Let's see now:

You constantly call for reports.
You assume/accuse Nidalee of being a 10 year old.
You constantly rage at Nidalee throughout the whole game.

If you got permabanned it means that you ignored all previous warnings and punishments and continued to behave poorly in-game. While this isn't the most severe case I've seen, it was severe enough for Riot to bump your account up to permaban status. Note that this is just one game that you were reported in, which means that you were reported in multiple games besides just this one.

My advice:

Don't call for reports, ever. Doing so only opens up valid reports against you. If you must report someone then do it after the game without saying "report X" in the chat.
There is no reason to assume someone's X years old just because they're trolling, playing poorly or what have you. That's just very childish to do so. If you wouldn't like someone else saying that to you then you shouldn't say that to someone else.
Raging at someone solves nothing and only serves to force your teammates to deal with two raging jerks instead of one. If someone's bothering you then just mute and report them. It also doesn't matter if they started it, as Riot has repeatedly said that retaliation is never okay. You can defend yourself so long as you're not raging at someone while doing so (i.e. be respectful not disrespectful).

I'd say a player would be justified in reporting you for that log, apparently they did so. And if this is the case then you have been deemed by your peers as someone they don't want to play with. This is not the Only log that got you in this spot.

Everyone has to understand that when they act negatively enough to get reported in multiple games they are doing something that is going to get them punished eventually. All we can do now is explain why reports were valid in this case and hope someone learns something from this.

bungusfactory, sorry you had to learn the hard way and good luck with your new account. In the future, if you or anyone reading this gets a pop-up warning please do come and ask what you may be doing wrong so you can adjust before a ban or perma.
