The worst feeling you get when you dodge trolls in champ select and then you get penalized because you just had a game you didnt dodge the trolls in... this game is how many years old an still no actual good way to prevent toxic players before game without getting shit on when the players trying to ruin others game dont xD ...
One could argue that you're trolling because you're forcing re-queues over and over.
Also i think its funny people are down voting this when its a legit problem. How about we aim for less trolls are more people getting punished who actually should. xD

Anytime I can walk away from the computer before I'm queued in with potential trolls I call it a win, even if it means a 6-20 minute delay on my next game.
I can use that time a lot more productively than trying to salvage a troll game, and the penalties are much less for queue dodging than d/cing.
And how do you know person will actually troll before game starts? Most that thteaten are just bluffin for various reasons- their main got banned, they dont like team comp, someone picked off meta pick...
I don't need to know. It's my life and my time, and if I don't trust someone's behavior enough that I don't want to spend the next 20-60 minutes with them, that's my choice.
What do you mean get penalized for wasting everyone's time lol the only person who gets penalized is you while they save and dodge a troll. Everyone else literally goes right back to que so yes I'd dodge a few minutes over 20-40 minutes of horrible gameplay and I'll laugh at people who people who say it's wasting players time when they go right back into que. Most trolls also aren't bluffing, they go right into and do exactly what they said. Also you can almost guess when someone's gonna troll when they call your whole team out in chat cursing at them in all caps . I won't say playing off meta is troll ARCHERNO1 but their behavior can be. Yes ziggs support with teleport and cleanse could work ina game but like I said when they start verbally abusing your team in chat and saying their gonna purposely feed and then spam chat with random letters lol, its kinda a heads up and yea ill take a dodge over that even when the other teammates are asking who will take the penalty for the dodge because they also think it's gonna be bad.
