I was honor level one and I admit was a little toxic in my last game, but nothing over the top like racist or suicide or anything. Just telling them to play better or stop inting, etc. Get out of game and I get instantly perma banned. Wasnt even toxic in previous games. Just one game and insta perma banned no warning whatsoever. So this would definitely earn a punishment, 100%. A straight perma-ban seems out of place though. Are you positive you have not received a punishment of any kind before?
If the answer is yes, the account is not a purchased account, and you have not let anyone else play on the account, I would send a ticket to Player Support and see if they can help you figure out why this was escalated immediately to a permanent ban. I'd be interested in seeing their response.

That's not the reason -- you should be able to log in even when permanently banned. It's an important step for account recovery. I don't know what would be stopping it, frankly.
Umbral Regent2 votesIf you're having trouble logging into the Support website, try logging out of the boards first, then into the Support site. If that doesn't work, try opening it in an Incognito window.
I've never had issues with the site myself, but I've seen those two suggestions offered frequently enough that they might help.

I missed that -- yes, honor starts at level 2, so there definitely has been a prior punishment. Good catch.
