I have reported several throwers who would feed just to get at you and no penalty was issued but to someone who flamed them gets chat restriction. and I really want to know you, riot admins definition of "Giving Up" under Negative Attitude in Player report and Intentional Feeding. Seriously you have fucking feeder throwing and trolling and you expect everyone to fucking behave and you dont issue any penalty and you expect people to keep calm when another troll intentionally ruin your game?????????????? most of intentional feeders dont give a fuck about penalty cuz they rarely get it but yet you only ban or issue penalty to someone flames at them. fuck you riot. fucking olaf fed top 1/5 saying dont make me feed then walk into group enemy walks into them without using any skill just to troll and you guys are lazy to fucking ban this fucker. i bet if you start to remove fucking game ruiners youd get less hate speech reports. srsly game ruiners can throw a game and waste other 4 teammates's time and get away while people who flamed at game ruiners are issued with chat restriction and account ban.. srsly riot WHAT THE FUCK
