Hi everyone My name is Mike and I would love to share smth i was working on for last 1.5 year.

I started playing in S2 on EUNE and switched it to EUW later. I remember hwo toxic EUNE was and I was hoping that EUW will be better than this but... it wasnt.

I decided to throw a small experiment on ranked/normal games to prove that if u feed and afk later You wont get ban but if You are able to carry it on your own and win game (flame at the same time at guys doing nothing) You are getting banned.Draven

My whole experiment consisted of 100 games full of feeding (and I mean 0/20) and it doesnt matter if we lost or won the game, and 100 games of flaming.

AFK- i managed to make all 100 games and i got one notification about "not doing it again blah blah blah"

Flame- 40 games only on one acc and rest of the games on other accounts. 95% win ratio owerall while flaming.Varus Leona Zyra

your team consists of 5 people right?

lets say You are playing on bot lane and You won your lane easily and u help every other lane by protecting them so they will manage to get some farm and kills, but as we all know they will flame You for coming to their lane to help them. OK everyone will say "mute them" but when u see people inting "becasue i dont want u to win" u get pissed.

whom would u rather have in team?

  • guy that is able to carry it but will flame u so u can all finally co-op instead of trolling whole game
  • or bunch of guys feeding becasue its more fun ?

LoL went from beeing very good game and fun time spender to people doing this.

LoL Tribunal was also one of the greatest things ever because You could actually read chat logs and asses who did wrong and etc while now stupid app counts amount of reports u gather and ban your acc becasue "flaming>troll".

I had to add all the trolls I played with on my main account so I can spectate their game and see if they are still doing it and guess what... OFC they still troll and when i mean troll its no items and feeding whole enemy team and still after 1.5 y their accounts arent banned.

Looks like someithng is wrong here.

(I know many people will get salty and tell my that am crying becasue my main got banned but its amazing that beeing troll is a good thing in this game and having positive kda/win ratio but asking your whole team who is inting to man up and play as a team and using "fuck" but finally having them working together is wrong.)

Its really sad and for me that was last day of playing LoL becuase its not good as it used to be and will never be.

Some points about that. Since you said it was an experiment: you have to give us clear information about the parameters.

How exactly did you flame, what was the level? Was it just a "fuck you" from time to time or did you go the whole way telling people to kill themselves? (I do not promote this kind of experiment, you should never tell someone to kill himself even in an experiment, but asking this question is important for the discussion)

How exactly did you troll and afk? Were your feeding clearly noticable as such or was there room to interpret it as simple misplay? Because just intentional feeding is punishable. If you make wrong decisions and die alot in a game, that won't get you punished.

With the amount of information you are giving about your experiment, there is no way to make a statement if what Riot was doing is appropriate or not. If you are extremely toxic in the game, maybe even being a danger for psychic instable persons, they have to remove you from the game asap. Trolling on the other hand, even if god damn frustrating, will most likely not harm anyone.

So, before we can take this discussion any further, you have to give proper information.
