ability to report someone for not being a team player in ranked

we need to ability to be able to report people who join a ranked match and stop, or never start, being a team player. just finished a game where our mid laner refused to ping his lane mia even after we told him and he acknowledged it... later then began to start blaming other lanes for things (none of us did particularly well but...) he just stopped trying to help the team all together then started saying how it was all our fault. if I am going to be punished in ranked for mistakes made as a team I need to be able to report people that are not acting as part of a team.

  1. Map awareness.

  2. Teammates are a lot more likely to listen and help you out if you are nice to them. Expressing frustration accomplishes the opposite of this because they will feel attacked.

Not pinging is 99% of the time not someone intentionally doing anything wrong. They usually are just shit at the game. That's not reportable nor punishable.
