I was banned because the auto-ban system is a joke. If you report people for racist they get an auto ban, and that happened to me twice first ban was 2 weeks and now permanently. it also states the Tribunal reviewed the case but that is pretty impressive seeing I got banned 30 sec after the game ended. It is just stupid
No one is going to care or believe you are innocent until you post your chat logs.

That's false. Reports alone do not automatically trigger punishments, they trigger a review of your account, and if something punishable is found during that review, that's when you get punished. If nothing wrong is found, then you will not be punished.
Also, the system in place is very efficient and accurate at what it does, so there is a very low chance that your punishment was a mistake. If you truly believe that you were not deserving of your ban, would you mind posting the chat logs you received? I or someone else could help point out what lead to your punishment.
Why would people report you for being racist if you aren't? You know, chatlogs can be copy-pasted.

I just point them at Player Behavior & Moderation and tell them to look at the threads whining about false bans.
It's an easy way to demonstrate that the system is working correctly.
