Same troll two times in a row!

So there was that player that played Graves in ARAM. He died on purpose and typed "xD" all the time. He literally helped the enemy team win a game. His response? "I am innocent of crime. I didnt troll!" I play a normal game and ITS THE SAME GUY!!! He picks Draven and gives the enemy adc 4 kills. Then he Goes AFK on purpose and comes back only to say. "Whoops I lagged. xD"

I demand a perma ban! Because ITS JUST ANNOYING TO TRY PLAYING WITH SUCH PLAYERS!!!
