My account just been banned with no reason, I need Riot give me an explanation

TUE 7 Jun. After I played a normal draft game I received the notification from LOL client, said this account has been banned, without omen. After that, I received the email, the content is 'this account was banned due to the use of malicious 3rd party programs or modifications to your League of Legends client'. It is ridiculous, I did not use any 3rd party programs since I start this game. Why Riot banned my account? Anyone had a bad time in the game, so argue with the enemy is usual, or because I got reports from enemy? This is unjust, I spend much money on this game and many time, and now just tell me my account has been banned with a stupid reason' I used 3rd party programs!!?'. If Riot really want ban my account I can not do anything. But at least give me a clearly explanation or with proof to show me what is the reason.

A ban wave just went out. You'll need to send in a support ticket for information. But it's going to be awhile because a lot of people are getting banned from this so the support desk is going to be backed up

I've been reading from the arbiters that something is wrong with Riot's email system, not sending emails to banned accounts. Just give it awhile and see if they send you something on the email associated with your account.

I'm curious do all notifications about third party programs contain the word "malicious"

If so I wonder what the difference is between malicious and non-malicious third party programs.

Riot doesn't have to give you a reason to why the account is perma ban
