I have been placed in a leaver buster queue because the game decided to bugsplat me and then take forever to "repair" my client. Can you please just remove me from the queue because the fact that that happened and now i have to wait 20+ minutes to get into a game now is just stupid. Not only that but this also means that the party of five that i play in are also affected by this issue. Please fix it.
First, please know that spending money on Riot services gives you no special treatment compared to anyone else. Players are treated the same regardless of if they spend $0 or $1000s.
That being said, you don't get a 20 minute LeaverBuster Low Priority Queue just for one leave. Either you have these bugsplats frequently (in which case there's likely a problem with some game files), or you've intentionally or unintentionally left games frequently before.
I just hate the fact that one day i'll throw the game 100 bucks and literally the next day i am fucked over like this, I am a paying customer.
Were the previous times you left due to bug splats as well? If this is the case I would say you have a pretty strong case to appeal the leaver queue. Why don't you send in a ticket to Riot support?
