Got banned for account recovery (Getting a reds attention)

Why do i get permabanned for forgetting credentials, but having recovery info for my account. Like, there is no indication on the support page that you can recover your account 2 times only!! They say its for the "safety of the account". What do you even mean by that like why am i being punished the same punishment for elo-boosters, toxic accounts and other things? WHY AM I PERMA-BANNED FOR TRYING TO RECOVER MY ACCOUNT. You can literally investigate everything? /Quinsey on EUW The account has been banned for 3 years and im trying to get riot's attention ever since. This is very unjust. and I would like my account back.

well, if someone not me trying to get my account info, I sure hope they won't get 10 times to try out different combinations till they get it right.

Oh yeah someone is definitely gonna find out the rp pin transactions, the original summoner name of the account, the IP address and first three champs. Yeah that definitely makes sense. If I have all of this that just shows that I'm the owner
