permanent ban

I want to share something with you. I had been playing lol since I started my high school (about 3 and half and year) I loved this game. I had lot of champions, I was trying to improve my skills even I never been in Gold. I bought some RP to get nice skins when I start with my part-time job and got some money. Now I have moved to Australia and I didn´t visit my account since I am here (5months) Before few days I Log in my account and client told me that my account is pernamently banned. I was super scared. How is it possible! I contact Riot team and they told me because hacks. It was crazy, I never used hacks or something. I check all of my game history on website and I discovered that someone was using my account since I am in AU. But I never gave my password and id to someone. I have sent lots of e-mails to riot support team and I have never seen that reluctantly and haughtily doing from support team. They didn´t care about that someone was using my acc. They didin´t want to try to help me. I have lost my acc.... This game cost my lot of time and lot of work to get my favorit skins and everything. And they just banned it with words. ,,We don´t care". Can you imagine my situation? I am really angry and super disapointed. How can support team work like this. So guys if someone have same problem let me know. Or if you know how to help me let me know too. Share this and don´t let this not seriosly action pass unnonticed
