How to with a match that is sentenced to lost.

This and the previous month I joined lot's of Solo/Due ranked games to play for fun with a motivation to climb up. Unluckily the matchmaking system has matched me with these players often.

A really bad player - 2 times Yes, it happens not often, but it still does. Example: He picked Teemo on top and played really bad. Okey, no one is perfect and there's a willing to carry him until he keeps going the same. He was hiding in the jungle avoiding farm and trying to surprise an enemy jungler. The game escalated quickly and he was too far behind us to be useful in the later game. It led to lost.

Another example is Syndra on the mid lane was asking for a gank all the time and pushing at the same time. She was an easy target for roaming and ganking, so the enemy team got fed on her and the conclusion is obvious. Lost. Moreover, she was blaming the jungler awfully. As I have seen her recent matches, the score were last 5 games same bad.

Is matchmaking system able to sort the players out that have the lack of the strategy thinking or just too bad? I think nope and then these matches happen.

**AFK ** - uncountable times It's even more frustrating since 4v5 game is much harder to win than 5v5 with a really poor player and a hope we survive to the late game. My last game He got disconnected and we missed a chance to remake the game (yea, our fault). On the other hand, he was still under the tower (even after DC) so we though he may join later. He did at the time they were destroying our Nexus. I don't say it's impossible to win 4v5 (I remember games we did), but it's "nearly" impossible. These guys should be punished really hard and the frustration of the lost game couldn't be healed with just an AFK report.

Flamer Nothing more to say. He really lowes the moral of all the member of the team leading the worse results.

All of these games it's a suffering to wait to surrender, that is often postponed due the flamers who voted fo "no". It really gives me a feeling to leave the game and do something more useful, than wasting time on waiting for the lose (but can't because of the AFK ban threat). As I remember, only a half of games are too good and equal without feeders, afkers and flamers that I can say "gg" at the end of a game no matters if I won or lost.

I have a general question. What to do when my team is sentenced to lose due to the factors described above?

What's even more frustrating is the enemy team laughing us and keep saying "izi" or "nice farm" or "nice plays" all the time this kind of game happens. I do report them afterwards no matter in my or enemy team. They should be punished equally not with the ban, but to match them with the same kind of players I have described above.

How should I treat them? Pressing one button to report is not enough. I try to describe the situation, but I feel no one reads it and I feel my role in the game is too small and relying too much on the luck.

This post may seem I am crying out my frustration. Let's say I do. I admit I am not a good player, sometimes rude, sometimes feed, and make mistakes as everyone. But I never go AFK or troll a game. Always try to win and tread players equally they do to me.

The message of my post and another similar one is just a prove of the actual topic that most of the players have to deal with. If you don't want to discuss, just answer my 2 questions.
