Player's AFKing at the start of game

To any rioter who may read this at some point. I have a topic that needs to be solved at some point because you guys haven't fixed it yet. But before i get into that let me just say, i love this game and have been playing it for a very long time, i started near the middle of season 1. But over this long period of playing iv started to try my luck in rank games after getting pretty good with a couple of champs. But it is hard to try and rank up in ElO when all i have are just people who afk from the start of the game or the first 3 minutes in because they died 2 times already. The feeders are another topic but the people who just don't come into game after going through the whole champ select is down right disgusting. I under stand some peoples computer or laptop might have crashed and can not get it to turn back on, but there has to be a way to re-do the game. I am aware that you guys are starting to look into this problem but please do something about it sooner. Iv gone through three ranked games in the past week with two of them being people who afk from the start and one who just fed top and then complained to the rest of my team not calling us good. I do report these people but i'm not seeing any result of it seeing there all still out there. Please do something about this problem riot, i usually dont complain but this one got to me.
