Recently, I've been matched with a lot of random trolls in champ select (e.g. Yorick with Cleanse/Smite going support and first chat "enjoy the loss"). This doesn't happen every game, but it is often enough that other people or I had to dodge for it. If somehow I can at least report these unsportsmanlike players to stop them from trolling other players after I dodge. P/s: I'm not even in bronze or silver or gold to see this kinda thing happens
Morality Coach2 votesCleanse/Smite Yorick support is allowed under the current rules. I agree with you that the Yorick player exhibited poor morality, but morally bankrupt people that don't talk trash buy a lot of skins, so we are all kind of stuck.

Maybe he was joking though? I mean I know it's a pain to find out by not dodging but a surefire way to report someone is to play the game and reach the end lobby.

o Maui o2 votesUnfortunately, the only way to get them caught is to force them to actually carry through with their threat of trolling. As you noted, there's nothing in the rules that say you can't play cleanse/smite Yorick support. As long as he actually plays the game and tries his best to win, he's not doing anything wrong. But if he proceeds to troll/feed/grief once in the game, then he absolutely should be reported and punished.

Losing on purpose is not the same as going Janna jungle, but you know that. How do you know they are losing on purpose but just enough to not get picked up?

EDIT: Yes I agree. My reasoning is poor. Want to help me out? How do you know they are trolling on purpose but just enough to not get detected? I mean if it's not getting detected then what is the problem? If they're not losing the game then are they winning or what? Are they keeping it at a standstill? At least they're not intentionally losing?
