Explain to them honestly about what happened. (That you repeated "kys" accidentally and you didn't know it would get you banned). This is NOT about getting Sona banned. That is a separate ticket. This ticket is about YOUR account, not Sona's.

Mentioning getting Sona banned will confuse the ticket.

If lucky, they will reduce the punishment. No promises though.

We understand that. League is very fun :) However, saying certain things (like the kys Sona said) can cause harm for real people. It's so bad that it has been outlawed and even repeating it will give a ban.

People who use the word are hoping others repeat it to get them banned too. It makes them happy to see others sad.

There are a few ways to get to a ban:

1. by saying "kys" or other stuff and then doing that again.
2. by being negative over a really big number of games (getting chat restrictions x10 and x25) and eventually Riot tells the player "enough, here is a 14-day ban. Next time is a permanent ban."

I think you just got a 14-day ban out of nowhere right (for repeating "kys")? Or did you get a 10 game or 25 game chat restrictions too?

After a 14-day ban, the account is very close to a permanent ban. Need to be very careful now.

Best way of doing this is like you said, /muteall. However, there is something we can think about to make the game more fun:

Pretend your team is made of kittens playing League. Can't get mad at cats :)

When you hold alt+left click the map it will make a blue ping (the ping with no name). For this to work it needs to be the no-name ping. That is now your laserpointer. You can get your cats/team to chase it by using that once or twice in a spot. It is very fun to do.

If your cats feed or KS we can't really get mad either; they are cute cats, they don't know any better.

Do you guys have cats where you live? My family has two really cute cats who get into trouble easily, but they are very fluffy and cute.
