How did this get me banned for 14 days?

So I recently got banned for 14 days, and i disagree with it. I will admit i wasn't 100% following the summoner code, but literally the guy i "called out" was inting because i went mid and he wanted mid. Is there anyway i can get unbanned because i do not see this punishment fit for my actions. Do you guys think this is worth being banned over? Have you ever received a chat ban in the past? If so, how many times?

Telling a player you're going to report them is considered a harassment, it's impacting your team and that player negatively. You triggered your 3rd penalty. To warn you, the 4th penalty is a permaban. It's best not to chat with players who are playing badly or being toxic negatively.

people should listen to that saying stick and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me too bad liberals never got that but anyways doubt any see this riot is about punish the victim instead of the one ruining the bad experience my advice unless ur invested in this game play something else bc riot is terrible
