Finish suspension but not allowed back on

Hey everyone, I have been suspended for 2 weeks and have served the time. It was supposed to be lifted today (03/17/2016) at 19:24.... in regular time 7:24 PM. However everytime I log back onto my account, the same message pops up about how I have been suspended until today at 7:24 PM. Anyone have the reason as to why this is going on. (I passed 7:24 both in my timezone and Chicago's timezone so that can not be the reason). Thanks.
