🔒 a unknow disconnection

I have play a game around 21 min, the game disconnection suddenly and when I come back the game is over and I feel like something wrong. First, I have never face a disconnection like that. Second, I am the adc which got fed and I think we can win if mid lane stop feeding them and I don't know why they surrender. And there is a most funny thing is our mid lane think he did not fed their mid lane but he die 6 time by solo kill. I am try to talk to him ask him to stop it. At that moment the game is disconnected, and that's the thing I feel confused. I just hope to know is there any player have face the same problem like me. Thank you.
