Did I 100% deserve this perma ban, be honest! :)

Hello all!

First of, read the entire article before replying if you would be so kind.

I will start with telling you I HAVE been toxic and devious, I realise this and I admit it. However I have tried my best to change, I really have. I have ALOT of problems with it, but I am learning to deal with it and there is progress I would say. Now I have gotten a permaban recently and wanted to ask your vision on this.

Things to take into account:

I had a 14 day suspension and these are the first 2 games I played after.

There we 2 games given as reason for my ban while 50% was incorrect ( the second game ) And the first well... I deserved a mute for it as far as I am concerned seeing people wish other people cancer and to die... but hey, that's just me!

The first game: The " shaco piece of shit XD " was the enemy jungler and I wrote this in my team chat, so shaco never got insulted or anything, he did a good job at ganking me. However rammus decided to suicide time after time and my team started flaming, so I started a flame war. <- I SHOULD NEVER have done this.

I got reported after and realised: Damn, it's happening again, either I change 180 degrees or I'll be an asshole the rest of my life seeing I can't change..

So Game 2: I picked teemo support seeing I enjoy him and I had some good games with him - I ended up dealing the most damage of the team and helped out where I could, sniped out the squishies etc. I am free to pick a champ I like to play last time I checked, it's not a reason to be banned for if I am correct, I did not troll either as my stats and replay would confirm, I camped their jungle often, to place my shrooms and to ambush ofcourse. Which was seen as " afk " by the MF of my team, who was flaming and generally being toxic :(.

All in all I personally don't think this is permaban material, and that's not because it's my account but because it just generally isn't perma ban material in my opinion.

Well, thanks for the read please leave your reply, and don't be mean to me because I've been an asshole at times, I know I have and I have some anger issues which I am trying hard to improve, for my own and the worlds sake.

The perma ban material (how you call it) comes with the fact that you are constantly sharing a bad behaviour in the game. You were told with your 14 day ban that your next punishment will be a permanent supension from the game. Seems like you ignored that.

Even if you said something against shaco which he didn't read since it was teamchat this doesn't matter. If someone in your team reports you it's more then enough. For example if you start to blame all over the enemy team while they can't read it, it's still a bad behaviour.

Even the last sentences in the second game would maybe have been enough to get a report in your status getting value. And yes i am talking about that "report mf". Report calling is and will be punishable.

I was chat restricted once in Season 2 for 5 games and I started to read what can get me in trouble. You didn't even start to go in a deeper research after your 14 day ban to know how this system is working and what can get you punished / what will be your next step.

So over all, this punishment is worth even if you feel like it shouldn't. After you get a 14 day ban your next punishment is the Perma ban, even if you don't use racial slurs, hate speech or anything like that.

Yes, but only cause you had all your warnings. I mean its not the worse thing in the world but it clearly violates the stated rules set by riot. If this you trying to behave you have a long way to go. As context, your attempt at good behavior is beyond my most tilted.

Games 1 or game 2 was enough to get you nailed again. You did not even build a buffer of a single game of correct behavior. Like you mentioned you started a flame war in game 1 also pretty hostile towards cait and ramus. Game 2 requesting reports and general flame wars again.

I am not going to judge you as a person, but instead say you seem to have control issues. In some games this attitude that expressed is consider acceptable. Maybe you should consider another company that more is aligned with how you want to act.

I'm going to use an analogy that hopefully you can relate to in Europe (not sure how the laws are different over there.) Let's say you go into a restaurant or a bar and you get into a argument/fight with some people there and the cops get called. While there is a chance you might get arrested it's very unlikely you'll have charges be brought against you or that you'll go to prison. Now let's say the same thing happens but you just got out of prison and are on parole. In that case you most likely will go back to prison even if it was a minor offense because you are on such thin ice. In both cases the actions are identical but the punishment is vastly different based on previous actions.

This is identical to what happened to you. If you had no previous offenses this would have been a slap on the wrist (10 game chat ban at worst.) However, because of your previous actions the consequences are much more severe. Hope that makes sense.

On a side note, what exactly did you do when you played teemo support? The reason why I ask is I've had people play teemo support when I was the ADC and it's extremely frustrating because they leave me in a 1v2 lane for the vast majority of the lane phase. I love it when a support roams and gets my team ahead but if you roam at the wrong times it can really screw your ADC and as a support player you need to understand that. If you roam at incorrect times even if you get a kill it will be a net loss for your team because your ADC will be zoned away from cs and experience or may get tower dived and killed.

You have over 40 chat messages in a game that lasts 35 minutes on average.

You literally couldn't go 60 seconds without running your mouth.

If you don't have something nice or useful to say, don't say it.

Other peoples behavior doesn't justify yours.

This log 100% did not deserve a ban or even warning. You where clearly trying to communicate here.

I hate this system, it just bans people who get sucked into a fight be real toxic players who are super bad and ruine the game with their feeding etc. They dont want to her their mistakes or what they do wrong.... all they do is cry cus you told them what they did wrong....

I am really so for you. For THIS chat you should have never been permabanned.

i don't think you deserve a ban, people get salty(like when you get repeatedly camped by a shaco) and i feel like people should choose what champs they want, sure, people will troll ad gooooo idk, i can't think of a troll by choosing a champ that isn't in the meta. teemo supp is nice, and for camping their buff, thats smart, according to the whole entire league community supports are the ones who ward, not the adc's (i'm a support main) responding to flaming negatively can make things worse, instead just try to remain nuetral/make them come to an agreement without sounding rude. if you get unbanned I would like to play with you.
